Independence
This is an independent project observatory. It is not affiliated with ANA, VINCI Airports or the Portuguese Government, and it does not speak for them. We use no official logos and make no claim of endorsement. We receive no funding from parties with an interest in the project.
What we do
- Record decisions, proposals, targets and unanswered questions, each with a date, a status and a primary source.
- Keep every earlier version of every figure and promise.
- Publish corrections openly.
- Offer a right of reply to institutions before publishing material criticism.
What we do not do
- Claim that a proposal is approved, or that a revised target is proof of wrongdoing.
- Draw runways, rail lines or roads that have not been officially published.
- Republish images or documents without permission.
- Present an AI-written update as reviewed: automated updates are always labelled as such (see methodology).
Baseline
The launch content reflects the public record as of 17 October 2026, verified against live sources on 18 October 2026. Later developments are published as dated updates, never backdated.
