Dated update, 18 October 2026. We checked APA’s public register for process AIA 3982 today. The public-consultation start and end dates, the decision and the decision date were still blank, as on 17 October.

The Government’s 28 September response to the technical report remains the latest official step in the concession procedure. The next scheduled step is ANA’s financial report on 16 January 2027.
